AI assists — what they do (and don't)

Audience: coaches. MyZone Mindset has a few AI helpers that speed up authoring. They're drafting aids with you in the loop — never an autopilot.

What the AI can do today

  • Draft a script from the S.P.O.R.T. canvas. After you fill a coaching canvas, generate a first-draft imagery or affirmation script from what you captured. Optionally fold in the client's recent data for a more tailored draft.
  • Editor assist. Inside the imagery/affirmation editor, ask the AI to Draft, Improve, Shorten, or Re-tone the text you're writing.

The golden rule — human in the loop

Every AI output opens in an editable draft you review first. Nothing is generated to a coachee automatically; you read it, change it, and only then save/assign. The coachee never sees a raw AI output.

  • Client-data consent. Folding a client's data into a generation is governed by a consent record per client — the AI only draws on a client's data where that's allowed.
  • Usage is metered. AI generation draws on a token allowance; heavy use may be limited.
  • It's an assistant, not a clinician. Treat drafts as a starting point and apply your own professional judgement — especially anything touching wellbeing or risk.

Good to know

  • The AI features are rolled out coach-side first; a guarded coachee-facing pilot (reflection prompts) is planned, behind consent and quality controls.
  • Personalised music is a separate AI feature (audio, not text) — see Imagery & affirmations → Music Studio.
