Coachee — getting started

Audience: coachees (learners / athletes).

Welcome — here's how to get going on MyZone.

1. Complete your profile

Profile (sidebar) → add your name and set preferences (dark mode, notifications).

2. Do your assignments

My Assignments → open one and answer the questions. Your progress saves automatically, so you can come back later. Submit when you're ready — your coach is notified. You can keep editing until your coach locks it.

3. Track yourself

  • Record an IPS check-in — your arousal + performance after a competition.
  • Wellness check-in — a quick daily wellbeing snapshot.
  • Performance Profile — rate yourself across categories against your targets.
  • My Reports — see all of the above trend over time.
