Coachee — getting started¶
Audience: coachees (learners / athletes).
Welcome — here's how to get going on MyZone.
1. Complete your profile¶
Profile (sidebar) → add your name and set preferences (dark mode, notifications).
2. Do your assignments¶
My Assignments → open one and answer the questions. Your progress saves automatically, so you can come back later. Submit when you're ready — your coach is notified. You can keep editing until your coach locks it.
3. Track yourself¶
- Record an IPS check-in — your arousal + performance after a competition.
- Wellness check-in — a quick daily wellbeing snapshot.
- Performance Profile — rate yourself across categories against your targets.
- My Reports — see all of the above trend over time.
