Reporting a problem, and finding out what happened¶
If something is broken, confusing, or missing, you can report it from inside MyZone Mindset — and you'll get a written answer, not just a status change.
Reporting something¶
Open Report a problem from your account menu.
Two kinds of report:
| When to use it | Screenshot | |
|---|---|---|
| Bug | Something behaves wrongly, or not at all | Required — it's the evidence |
| Feature request | Something you'd like the platform to do | Optional |
A screenshot is required for a bug because it's usually the fastest way to see what you saw. A feature request has nothing to photograph, so it doesn't ask for one.
What makes a report easy to act on:
- What you were doing, and what you expected instead
- Whether it happens every time or just once
- Which account, and whether you were on a phone or a computer — several problems only appear on one of the two
You can file up to ten reports an hour.
Finding out what happened¶
Open My reports from your account menu. Every report you've made is there, with where it got to:
| What you see | What it means |
|---|---|
| Received | It's logged and waiting to be looked at |
| Being worked on | Someone is on it |
| Fixed and live | The change is on the platform, with the release it shipped in |
| Fixed | Shipped and closed off |
| Answered | Nothing needed changing — it already worked, or your question is answered |
| Not planned | A deliberate decision not to do this, with the reason |
| Already tracked | The same thing had been reported before |
The last four are all closed — but they are different outcomes and they look different, so you can tell at a glance whether something was done, declined, or answered.
Every closed report carries a written explanation, in three parts:
- What was wrong — the actual cause, not a restatement of your report
- What we changed — what's different now
- How we checked it — what was done to confirm it works
You'll also get a notification when something you reported goes live.
You only ever see your own reports. Other coaches' reports, and the internal notes on any of them, aren't visible to you.
What we can't do from here¶
- We can't see what you can see. A screenshot, and the account you were signed in as, are the two things that usually determine whether a report can be reproduced.
- A report isn't a support ticket. If a client is blocked right now, contact support directly — the report queue is for improving the platform, not for urgent unblocking.
