Assigning & reviewing content

Audience: coaches & operators. How content reaches coachees and how you review it.

Assign

• Assign Exercise / Assign Imagery / Assign Affirmation (sidebar) → pick the item, choose an individual coachee or a whole group, set an optional schedule + due date.
• Scheduled items stay hidden from the coachee until their date — so you can set up a whole sequence in advance.
• Assigning to a group creates one assignment per member.

Track & review

• Manage Assignments lists everything with its status: Pending → In progress → Submitted → Completed.
• The Review Submissions tab badges how many are waiting for your feedback.
• Open a submission → read the answers, leave feedback, and lock it when you're done (locking stops further edits).
• For a whole group on the same exercise, use Group Review to see everyone side by side.

Imagery & affirmations

Same pattern, with their own "Manage …" screens. Imagery can include audio (TTS or uploaded); affirmations are short, repeatable prompts.
