Assigning & reviewing content¶
Audience: coaches & operators. How content reaches coachees and how you review it.
Assign¶
- Assign Exercise / Assign Imagery / Assign Affirmation (sidebar) → pick the item, choose an individual coachee or a whole group, set an optional schedule + due date.
- Scheduled items stay hidden from the coachee until their date — so you can set up a whole sequence in advance.
- Assigning to a group creates one assignment per member.
Track & review¶
- Manage Assignments lists everything with its status: Pending → In progress → Submitted → Completed.
- The Review Submissions tab badges how many are waiting for your feedback.
- Open a submission → read the answers, leave feedback, and lock it when you're done (locking stops further edits).
- For a whole group on the same exercise, use Group Review — open it from the group's card on Manage Assignments to see everyone side by side with a live "X / Y submitted" count, read each answer, and give per-person feedback. The count updates when you reload the page (it isn't auto-live).
- Watching another coach's group: admins and superadmins can open any coach's Group Review — switch to the Coach view (the Viewing as pill at the top of the sidebar), open Assignments, and use that group's Group Review.
Live workshops (real-time sessions)¶
A Live Workshop is a different delivery mode from assignments — everyone answers the same exercise together, live in the room.
- The organiser creates the workshop (Live Workshops → New workshop) and shares the join code; participants enter it on their Join Workshop screen.
- The organiser broadcasts an exercise and watches responses arrive live ("3 of 7 responded", refreshing every few seconds).
- Lead coaches + facilitators: any coach (or admin/superadmin) can enter the same join code to join as a co-facilitator — they get the same live console and can broadcast and watch responses alongside the organiser. Only the organiser can end the session.
- Live-only: workshop responses are shown in real time but are not stored as reviewable submissions. For anything you need to grade or revisit later, assign the exercise instead (see Track & review above).
Imagery & affirmations¶
Same pattern. Exercise, Imagery, and Affirmation assignments now live under tabs on the one Manage Assignments screen (plus a Review tab) — no separate pages to hunt for. Imagery can include audio (TTS or uploaded); affirmations are short, repeatable prompts.
Completion feedback. After (or while) doing an imagery or affirmation exercise, a coachee can optionally rate it (1–5), reflect on how it went, and leave feedback for you — all optional and editable any time. You see their rating + written feedback per item on the coachee's Assignments tab (open a coachee → Assignments). Imagery also shows "Opened N×" — how many times they've opened it — as a usage/engagement signal.
